The staff went above and beyond, welcoming us with refreshing lemonade and ensuring our stay was unforgettable. The pools are stunning, and the spa experience in the lemon grove was delightful. Dining at the Veranda restaurant provided delicious meals, especially the pizza and Nutella stuffed donuts for breakfast.

The pool staff seemed unfriendly at times, and there were days without bar service at the pool, leaving me wanting more attentive service. Even so, the overall atmosphere and facilities made my stay relaxing and enjoyable.
